Workflow Data Fabric sits underneath, pulling workflow data from across the enterprise's existing systems into a single consistent view, so agents aren't reasoning off a patchwork of disconnected sources. In terms of Spearhead's nine-layer Enterprise AI Reference Architecture, this covers the Governance and Operations layers: the ones that decide whether an agent can be trusted to run unsupervised at scale.
